This is the annual heartbeat of our calendar year and a return to what this work is really about: Community.
At its heart, our work recognises a simple truth: the opposite of addiction is connection. This retreat exists to dismantle the lone-wolf mentality, the habit of carrying everything by yourself and calling it strength. It’s about remembering what happens when men actually do life together.
THE WHY?

This is about building real, lasting friendships, the kind that don’t end when the retreat does. Friendships rooted in honesty, shared experience, and mutual respect. It’s about celebrating connection as men, standing side by side, and rising together as leaders in our own lives and communities.

This work is also about healing the wounds that live in brotherhood - the places where trust was broken, competition replaced connection, or isolation became normal. Here, we reclaim our power together, not for a momentary high, but for something deeper and more enduring.

This isn’t a peak experience you tick off and move on from. This is the retreat you leave with friendships formed, a sense of belonging restored, and a gathering you look forward to returning to year after year - a cornerstone in your calendar and a reminder of who you are when you’re not doing life alone.
Held in an epic manor house set in the Somerset countryside, this is a space designed to take you out of the noise. This is where men who have already walked this path return and where new men step in ready to meet something real.

what we do
The Unmasked Man Summit 2026 is not a conference, or a festival this is a a held retreat from start to finish.
This is the end of having to do this work alone. Over four days, fifty men will gather to face challenge, to face their shadows and to unmask.
Maybe you’ve been part of this community for some time and you can feel that you’ve drifted. Life’s taken over, the work’s slipped to the side, and something in you knows it’s time to come back. Or maybe you’re new here, you’ve been watching from the edges for a while, and you know this is the moment to step in.
This is that space. Old brothers and new men coming together. To reconnect with truth, leadership, and the kind of grounded, sovereign power that comes from standing fully in who you are, alongside other men doing the same.
This is a space to be seen and fully held. That can feel confronting, and it is also what most men are deeply craving. Nothing here is forced. As with all Unmasked Man work, everything is an invitation. Each man chooses how he meets the work, and the work meets him exactly where he is.
This is embodied work. The work happens in circle, somatically through the body, and in relationship with other men. Awareness is brought to the nervous system, to emotion, and to the places where life has been held, suppressed, or carried alone. There is challenge where it is needed and support where it is required, always held with integrity, clarity, and care.
This Retreat is designed to bring men out of their heads and back into contact with what is real, their truth, purpose, essence, passion, and leadership. This is about the man being shaped through lived choice, and the legacy being created through how he lives, relates, and leads.

We gather in the heart of Somerset, held by a beautiful old English manor house surrounded by land that supports stillness, depth, and connection. The house carries history and character, offering a grounded and spacious environment where men can step out of daily life and fully arrive.
