Kieran is a heart-centred leader and artist who helps people reconnect with their bodies and deepen their capacity to feel. His work focuses on trauma liberation and emotional mastery. Over the past five years, Kieran has supported hundreds of people in transforming past hurt and pain into peace and freedom - guiding them to heal wounds, dissolve blockages, and reveal their most authentic selves. He is a valued member of the leadership team and has been a core part of The Unmasked Man for the past three years.

Josh, originally from South Africa, raised in London, and now based in Ibiza - is a core member of The Unmasked Man. Having worked across every level of the organisation, his journey has shaped both its structure and the way it connects with men around the world. Passionate about creating spaces for transformation, Josh brings a rare blend of precision, poetry, and play. His gift lies in translating complex ideas into grounded language and crafting environments where every sound, scent, and subtle detail supports deep emotional and spiritual growth.

Tom has been with The Unmasked Man since the very beginning and has loved watching it grow from strength to strength. With years of experience across many forms of self-development, he brings his own journey and insights into the retreats and the team. Tom is passionate about opening honest conversations around men’s mental health and creating a true brotherhood of friends who support and lift one another up. With a fun, friendly, and supportive nature, he blends depth with humour and a touch of theatrical flair - reminding others that healing is as much about joy as it is transformation.

Nathan is a tattoo artist, meditation teacher, and men’s work facilitator devoted to presence, integrity and embodied truth. After spending seven years living in an ashram under the guidance of spiritual teacher Mooji, he returned to London to co-found The Light House,  now the London home of The Unmasked Man circles. In Nathan’s one on one sessions he guides people to meet themselves  beyond the stories and fears of the mind. Through his calm strength and lived experience, Nathan holds space for transformation, inviting men to rediscover wholeness, integrity, and grounded presence.

Connor joined the Unmasked Man in 2022 after instantly feeling in alignment with the balanced, heart-centred approach. Since joining, the Unmasked Man has provided a strong masculine pillar as he took the journey from man to father. It’s his dedication to family, the healing of generational wounds and creating a better world for our children that inspires him to do this work. Connor is immersed in the world of natural birth and conscious parenting, using the transformational power of this work to support creating a healthy environment for our children to thrive. Dean first joined The Unmasked Man on retreat in September 2022 - albeit reluctantly. What began as a hesitant step grew into a profound journey, leading him through Levels 2 and 3 and every offering since. The depth of this work inspired Dean to complete the facilitator training, where he continues to find healing through service. A quiet, warm, and grounded presence, he holds space for men to reconnect with themselves, trusting that the answers they seek already lie within. Dean now supports The Unmasked Man team in guiding others on their path of growth.

Max is a passionate sea angler and entrepreneur who finds strength and clarity in the rhythm of the tides. Fishing on the shores of Chesil Beach has taught him the value of patience, resilience, and facing ourselves when the waters turn rough. Beyond angling, Max is a dedicated advocate for men’s mental health, believing true growth begins with honesty and courage to look inward. He champions open conversations, community, and the healing power of nature. Through his journey, Max encourages men to reconnect with themselves and each other, creating spaces where vulnerability becomes a foundation for strength.

Rob is a men’s work facilitator, musician, and shamanic practitioner passionate about guiding men back to their authentic truth. His journey with The Unmasked Man began a couple of years ago, leading him through a deep personal transformation and into a path of service. Rob brings a grounded presence, intuitive insight, and a light-hearted sense of play to the spaces he holds. Through music, ritual, and shared moments in the kitchen, he weaves connection and joy into his work. Inspired by the power of brotherhood, he supports men in embodying strength through vulnerability and walking the path of purpose.

Deeply devoted to spiritual and personal growth, James Gopala began this journey over 20 years ago, living in India for 5 years where he earned his Master’s degree in Indian Philosophy. In 2019, he discovered men’s work and began leading mens circles. After meeting Alexander and The Unmasked Man in 2022, he was profoundly inspired by their teachings and philosophy and completed the Unmasked Man facilitator training in 2023. Through his grounded, compassionate, and intuitive nature, Gopala now heads The Unmasked Man Northern Circle in Harrogate creating space for genuine connection and transformation for men through circles, workshops and retreats.

James is a men’s work facilitator based in Somerset and the founder of Evolve Men’s Work, where he leads monthly men’s circles and offers 1 to 1 support for men’s growth and connection. After completing Levels 1, 2, and the Facilitator Training with The Unmasked Man, James was called to this work through his own journey of healing and self discovery. He’s passionate about helping men break unhealed family patterns, find peace within themselves and show up as better men for their partners and families. Grounded, open hearted and deeply compassionate, James creates a safe space for men to reconnect with their truth and power.

After his own journey through substance abuse, depression, and suicide, losing many friends along the way, Olly found healing through Eastern traditions like yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. Inspired, he started a local men’s circle but sought deeper growth, leading him to facilitation training with The Unmasked Man, which transformed him further. His army days taught him the weight of brotherhood, wanting to die alongside his brothers, but through this work, he has discovered brotherhood rooted in living for and alongside men. He brings a unique blend of spiritual awareness, intuition, and compassionate understanding to meet men exactly where they are.

Alex Mischka is a coach and facilitator who supports men and women in activating their embodied power and embracing deeper intimacy and connection. Specialising in embodied masculine work, relationship dynamics, and sexual authenticity, he blends grounded presence with profound psychological insight. With a commitment to guiding clients through both inner transformation and outer relational shift. Through his work, he empowers individuals to step into fuller expression, bring clarity to their relationships, and live with greater freedom, purpose, and authenticity.

KITCHEN KING

Brandon came to the Unmasked Man in 2023 with a can-do attitude, ready to volunteer in the kitchen. Over time, his devotion to the men’s journey saw him return again and again, and he now leads the “Kitchen Kings” with heart and humour. He’s continually motivated by witnessing the profound shifts that occur in men—from uncertainty to confidence, from guardedness to openness - as they walk this path together. Brandon brings so much more than delicious food to the Unmasked Man. Whether it’s connection, a happy smile, or even the odd sea shanty - he embodies the inner boy and leans into play as the foundation of growth.

Hailing from Scotland, he carries a grounded presence and a heart full of authenticity - both in the food he creates and the way he shows up for the brotherhood. A devoted father and passionate advocate for men’s work, Kieran finds meaning in the shared journey of transformation - seeing how men soften, open, and reconnect with their truth. His meals are made with soul, his service with love, and his spirit reminds every man that nourishment, both physical and emotional - is at the heart of healing.
