Alexander Cottle is a leading voice in modern men’s work and the founder of The Unmasked Man. Known for his embodied, heart-led approach, he brings together over a decade of experience in somatic shadow work, Eastern philosophy, counselling, yoga, and meditation. His work is rooted in helping men move from the mind into the heart - from performance into presence.
Alexander specialises in teaching the embodied side of shadow work, guiding men to meet and integrate the parts of themselves they’ve hidden, suppressed, or feared. Through his grounded, compassionate facilitation, he’s supported hundreds of men to release shame, reclaim their power, and step into mature masculinity.
He is recognised for the depth and safety he creates - spaces where men can unravel, remember, and rebuild. His work is not about surface-level change. It’s about deep, embodied transformation that stays with you for life.
