Alexander Cottle is the Founder of The Unmasked Man - an embodied men’s facilitator, coach, and spiritual teacher devoted to guiding men home to their truth.
Over eleven years ago, a TIA stroke shattered the trajectory of his life and opened the doorway to a deeper calling. What followed was a decade of study and self-enquiry through Eastern philosophy, counselling, yoga, and meditation - a journey that transformed his understanding of healing, leadership, and what it means to be a man.
Alexander is recognised for his fierce and compassionate work in somatic shadow work, helping men meet their pain, integrate their hidden parts, and transform their wounds into wisdom. He holds a rare gift - translating profound spiritual and psychological principles into grounded, relatable language that men can embody in their daily life.
His mission extends far beyond personal transformation. Alexander is devoted to cultivating leaders - men who take the gold they uncover within and bring it back to their families, communities, and the world. Through The Unmasked Man, he leads powerful retreats, trainings, and initiations throughout the UK and the world, awakening men to their purpose, power, and legacy - and to the love that has always been within them.
